UK volunteers
Our UK volunteers are undergraduates or recent graduates from Oxford and Cambridge Universities, they are recruited as tutors on our camps. Our programme is popular in both universities, receiving an average of 500 to 550 applicants for our teaching positions each year.
Our recruitment team
Our recruitment team in the UK will conduct two rounds of selection, including an interview and around eighty applicants will be accepted. All of our tutors are fully trained by our experienced trainers in lesson planning and teaching methods before departure. All tutors are required to have a fully prepared set of lesson materials on arrival at the summer camp location.

Hong Kong volunteers
Our Hong Kong volunteers are undergraduates or recent graduates from universities in Hong Kong, they are recruited as teaching assistants (TA) on our camps. We welcome students from all disciplines to encourage diversify subject knowledge, and all of them are required to be fluent in English and Cantonese.
All applicants will go through two rounds of selection including an interview.
We organise Orientation Day for our volunteers to get to know our organisation and other TAs better and a Training Day for them learn more about the duties of teaching assistant and how to deal with the different situations and challenges on Oxbridge Summer Camps.
Oxbridge Summer Camps is a Volunteer Movement Participating Organization, which means your volunteer hours on our camps can be counted and put on your service record book.
