Frankly, I did not expect to have a strong sense of belonging to my team as a Head Teaching Assistant at first. However, everything just went in place once the teaching weeks started. I just could not leave my team members behind when they needed me and self-consciously, I encouraged my team once they met difficulties or tiredness. When time went by, the bonding I had with my team was where our friendship seeded. Furthermore, my TAs were willing to help in schools, for example, dealing with minor technical issues for the UK teachers during lessons. I would not have made it during those weeks all by myself without them.
