When?

Residential camp: a stipend will be given to each TA at the end of the 14 days
Day camp: a daily allowance will be given
​
End June to early August 2021
(Exact dates to be confirmed in around Feb 2021)

(All TAs are required to attend a preparation week prior to the camps)
Where will the camp take place?
Different primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong
What will you be doing?
-
Assist UK Oxbridge tutors in classroom teaching
-
Host camp activities
-
Take care of disciplinary issues of the students
-
Liaise with school teachers
-
Act as representative of OSC at all times during the camps

Keep photography and video records for OSC

Be the bridge of UK teachers and HK TAs

Lead a team of 5 TAs

Brief TAs on general issues

Discuss frequently with directors from the UK on the camp plans

Collect documents from time to time during the camps from TAs

Help organising social activities for UK teachers and TAs
Who will you be teaching with?
Students from Oxford and Cambridge Universities in UK, they will fly to Hong Kong for the summer as volunteer English teachers.

Social events are organised for our UK and Hong Kong volunteers every weekend, so you can get to know them outside of the camps.
How much does volunteering with Oxbridge Summer Camps cost?
FREE! Instead, all teaching assistants will receive a daily allowance during the camp.
